ALPINE VACATION ACCOMMODATIONS DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
To guarantee a
reservation, we require a deposit/payment in full for up to a 7 night
stay. Deposit/payment by personal check or money order only. For
security, we also ask for a credit card number at the time of booking.
The
cancellation notice for our rentals is 30 days prior to the arrival
date. Should you cancel more than 30 days in advance, you will receive
a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Should you cancel 30 days or
less, the deposit/payment will be forfeited unless we are able to
rebook the days that were reserved for your stay.
For
longer stays, holiday periods and special events, policies may be
different than above. Please ask before making a reservation.

Check-in time is 3 pm / check-out is 11 am
